Chatham Yard Works is a full-service landscaping and lawn care company serving Chatham-Kent, founded by local crew members who would rather spend a Saturday edging beds than anywhere else.
We handle weekly mowing, garden design and planting, mulch and topsoil delivery, hedge and tree pruning, sod installation, spring and fall cleanups, and seasonal snow clearing. Every property is treated like our own.

Fresh garden beds designed around your home, soil and sun. Perennials, annuals, shrubs and small trees sourced from local growers. We dig, amend, plant and finish with quality mulch — built to thrive, not just survive the first month.
Hardscaping & Backyard Builds
Flagstone walkways, paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits and garden steps. Solid base prep, proper drainage and clean joints. From a stepping-stone path to a full backyard layout, we plan it with you and build it to last.
Hedge, Tree & Shrub Care
Hedge trimming for crisp lines and healthier growth, shrub shaping, deadwooding and small tree pruning. Cedars, boxwoods, yews, junipers and ornamentals — done at the right time of year, with the right tools, and cleaned up after.
Cleanups, Mulch & Sod
Spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, bed turnover, fresh mulch, topsoil top-dressing, and full sod or seed lawn installs. We haul away the debris and leave the property cleaner than we found it.
Snow & Ice Management
Seasonal driveway and walkway snow clearing for residential properties in Chatham-Kent. Pre-storm salting, reliable post-storm passes and a fair flat-rate seasonal contract — no surprises in February.

On-Site Walkthrough
If the numbers feel right, we come by to measure, look at sun and drainage, and talk through plant choices, materials and timing in person.

Final Quote & Schedule
Within a few days you get a fixed quote with the work broken out clearly. Sign it, leave a deposit, and we lock in your spot on the schedule.

Work Begins
Crew shows up on the agreed date, we work clean and stay in touch through the build. Final invoice on completion. Recurring services start the following week if scheduled.
